Solano County HSS is built on the relationships and mutual trust we have with our partners, including the healthcare community. The data upon which the entire public health community makes decisions and actionable information come from many sources and in a variety of formats. PPHealthHub enables us to leverage information technology to expand and enhance our collaboration to improve community health.

Solano County HSS recognizes that our partners bear much of the burden of reporting critical data to public health. While Meaningful Use provides financial incentives, it has its limitations and not all providers benefit financially from meaningful use. PPHealthHub provides a single point for submitting data to Solano HSS that is routed to local, regional, state and federal systems on your behalf. It is your destination for staying connected with the Solano public health community.

The PPHealthHub is our means to start working together on our journey down the path to a “Healthy People – Healthy Community”. The PPHealthHub enables our partners to meet Title 17 and Meaningful Use requirements in a straightforward process and removes the complexities of reporting. Then, working together, we can enhance and expand our joint capabilities to better serve the health needs of the Solano community.
